Procurement Manager

About the role

Amitoje India, a leading display solutions provider, is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead vendor sourcing, purchasing, and supply‑chain activities for its POS display and showroom fixture business.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential vendors for raw materials and finished products.
• Compare and evaluate supplier offers, ensuring best value and quality.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements.
• Track orders, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Review and verify the quality of purchased items.
• Enter order details (vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare purchase reports, including cost analyses and financial summaries.
• Monitor stock levels and trigger re‑orders as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for proper storage and inventory control.
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay updated on market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing practices, including research, evaluation, and liaison.
• Understanding of supply‑chain procedures and inventory management.
• Solid analytical abilities with experience creating financial reports and conducting cost analyses.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
