Procurement Manager – Hospitality

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and purchasing activities across its hotel portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high‑quality products, cost‑effective solutions, and seamless support for guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement department’s daily operations and enforce financial process controls.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source quality products while addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop, communicate, and monitor business strategies, performance metrics, and reporting timelines.
• Manage the team lifecycle, fostering a culture of growth, development, and high performance.
• Control the purchasing budget, ensuring all functions are audited, compliant, and continuously improved.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external partners.
• Review purchasing performance and practices, providing recommendations to enhance financial results and add value.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, due‑diligence requirements, and best‑practice audit documentation.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of experience in a similar procurement role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Proven track record in hotel purchasing and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on managerial style with the ability to lead by example.
