Process Trainer – Employee Training & Communication

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Process Trainer to design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs. The role focuses on ensuring employees understand and consistently follow company processes, policies, and workflows while also enhancing their communication skills across email, chat, and voice channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training curricula that cover operational processes, compliance standards, and communication best practices.
• Deliver interactive training sessions using various formats (in‑person, virtual, blended).
• Manage the end‑to‑end training lifecycle, including scheduling, tracking attendance, and measuring effectiveness.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and tailor programs accordingly.
• Maintain training documentation and ensure it aligns with current company policies.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve employee efficiency and consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and delivering corporate training programs.
