Process Owner – Dispensing & PCBA Cleaning

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a Process Owner to lead dispensing (conformal coating, glue dot, TIM printing) and PCBA cleaning processes at its Bengaluru plant. The role combines technical expertise with responsibility for production readiness, continuous improvement and cross‑functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, validate and document production readiness for NPI and ECR.
• Coordinate design approval, line build, pre‑acceptance, installation and line release.
• Provide 2nd‑level troubleshooting for machine downtime and guide operators.
• Resolve internal and customer defects using 7QC tools and PDCA methodology.
• Drive process improvement initiatives such as utilization, poka‑yoke, and continuous improvement projects.
• Manage process and customer audits, capability studies and calibration activities.
• Lead PFMEA, CP and FPY improvement activities.
• Develop new processes, standard templates and share knowledge internally and externally.

Required profile

• BE in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/Tool & Die Engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to conduct root‑cause analysis, DOE, FMEA and process capability studies.
• Willingness to learn quickly, work independently and provide constructive feedback.
• Capability to coach and mentor others in technical problem‑solving.

• Dashboard creation with Tableau or Power BI for failure analysis.
