Process Lead – Training Coordination (L&D)

About the role

TechnipFMC is seeking a proactive Process Lead to manage end‑to‑end training coordination within its global Learning & Development function. You will act as the primary liaison between business units, external vendors, and the Cornerstone OnDemand learning platform, ensuring training programs are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for business units to gather and prioritize training requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, schedule, and launch training initiatives.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage external training vendors, including creation of purchase requisitions and orders.
• Create and maintain training events, sessions, and objects in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD).
• Troubleshoot CSOD issues, provide functional support, and generate training analytics reports.
• Continuously improve training processes and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in training operations or L&D coordination.
• Proven experience in vendor management and stakeholder communication.
• Hands‑on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
