Process Consultant – Lean Six Sigma

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Process Consultant to join its Lean Ninjas team, a dedicated Quality function that drives Lean and Six Sigma optimisation across the organisation. The role will support multiple delivery locations in India, collaborating with project and programme teams to identify and implement efficiency improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify Lean improvement opportunities aligned with programme goals and facilitate solution design.
• Lead the realisation of identified opportunities to deliver measurable efficiency gains.
• Develop, pilot and roll‑out new Lean and Six Sigma frameworks, models and toolkits.
• Ensure that new methods meet the needs of the assigned portfolio and help achieve year‑on‑year efficiency targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Lean and Six Sigma improvement programmes.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Understanding of software development life‑cycle and Agile practices.
• Familiarity with project management principles.
• Strong analytical mindset with basic statistical knowledge.
