Process Associate – Voice Process (Freshers) – Bangalore

About the role

HCL Tech is hiring fresh graduates for a Process Associate position in a Voice Process environment. The role is based in Whitefield, Bangalore and operates on a night shift aligned with US timings. Candidates will engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for US‑based customers.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain call quality standards and adhere to scripts.
• Log interactions and update relevant systems as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors during night shift hours.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work night shift (US timing).
• Open to handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Fresh graduate from Arts, Science, UG or PG streams (non‑engineering).
• Motivation to learn and grow in a call‑center environment.
