Process Associate – Voice & Non-Voice (Freshers Walk-in)

About the role

HCL is hiring fresh graduates for a Process Associate position that covers both voice and non‑voice interactions. The role is based in Sholinganallur, Chennai, and involves handling inbound and outbound calls for US‑based customers. Candidates will work in a dynamic call‑center environment, following scripts and service standards while gaining exposure to global processes.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently.
• Make outbound calls for follow‑ups, surveys or sales support.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in the system.
• Adhere to defined service level agreements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.

Required profile

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work US shift timings, including night shifts.
• Open to both inbound and outbound call handling.
• Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree (excluding engineering/technical degrees).
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
