Process Associate – Voice (Night Shift) – Bangalore

About the role

HCL is looking for fresh graduates to join its Voice Process team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The position is a full‑time Process Associate handling inbound and outbound calls on a US night‑shift schedule. Candidates will work on a five‑day workweek from the office.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and initiate outbound calls as per campaign requirements.
• Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow scripted guidelines and adhere to quality and performance metrics.
• Maintain detailed call logs and update systems with relevant information.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US timings.
• Fresh graduates from Arts & Science (UG/PG) streams; engineering graduates are not eligible.
• Open to handling both inbound and outbound call activities.
