About the role
HCL is hiring fresh graduates for a Voice Process Associate position in the healthcare sector. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for US‑based customers, with flexible shift timings including night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place inbound/outbound calls related to healthcare services.
- Provide accurate information and support to callers following established scripts.
- Maintain quality and compliance standards during each interaction.
- Adapt to US shift schedules and work collaboratively with the team.
Required profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work US shift timings, including night shifts.
- Fresh graduates from any non‑engineering degree (UG or PG) such as MBA, MA, MSc, M.Com, etc.
- Open to handling both inbound and outbound calls.
