About the role
The Process Associate will support customers in the Order‑to‑Cash domain, handling queries primarily through email and chat. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates from Arts & Science streams who are eager to start a career in customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across multiple systems.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex cases to senior teams.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate (2024 or 2025) from Arts & Science background.
- Strong written communication skills for email and chat support.
- Ability to handle data accurately and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficient written communication in English.
