Principal SAP PS Consultant

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant specialized in SAP Project System (PS) to lead data preparation and migration activities for large‑scale transformation projects. Based in Budapest, you will act as the primary functional bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring high‑quality data across multiple SAP modules.

Key responsibilities

• Own data quality scoping, KPI definition, and use‑case definition for assigned data domains.
• Interpret data quality check results, identify root causes, and drive cleansing resolution with business users and local IT.
• Lead domain‑specific mass data cleansing activities and coordinate with the Data Preparation Lead.
• Support migration execution by resolving complex mapping, transformation, or validation issues.
• Provide domain input for MDD specifications and mapping workshops.
• Collaborate with shared services technical experts to deliver domain expertise when needed.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of SAP data structures for modules MM, PP, PS, and SD.
• Strong analytical and technical problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with data quality analysis, methodologies, and handling large data sets.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Background in large transformation projects with complex stakeholder landscapes.
