Principal, Data Governance and Compliance Monitoring

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead data governance and compliance monitoring across our enterprise ecosystem. The role combines deep technical execution with strategic governance to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient data management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and govern enterprise data across Microsoft 365, Power BI, Atlassian Suite and cloud platforms.
• Execute advanced data discovery, classification, preservation and remediation to meet compliance requirements.
• Support investigations, audits and regulatory requests through targeted data retrieval and analysis.
• Automate data processes using PowerShell, scripting and webhooks, and drive governance frameworks.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in data management, enterprise data search and collaboration platforms.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and data lifecycle management.
• Experience with Atlassian Suite, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace) and scripting languages.
