Principal Associate - People Analytics Lead

About the role

The People Analytics function is shifting from traditional reporting to AI‑augmented, predictive talent intelligence. As a Principal Associate – People Analytics Lead, you will design and own the data ecosystem that powers workforce strategy, bridging HR, data engineering, and artificial intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate generative AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) into HR workflows to automate text analysis, summarize employee feedback, and create intelligent query interfaces.
• Partner with enterprise data teams to align HRIS architecture (Workday, SuccessFactors) and build clean, reliable data pipelines.
• Develop advanced SQL queries and Python scripts for ETL, data modeling, and creation of a single source of truth for people metrics.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards with sophisticated DAX logic, delivering narrative‑driven insights to executives.
• Identify manual reporting processes and replace them with Python automation, low‑code tools, or API integrations, enabling self‑service analytics for HR leaders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR data analytics, data engineering, or related fields.
• Strong ability to translate complex statistical outputs into clear business narratives.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and large‑scale workforce datasets.
