Principal Analyst – Process Excellence (OTC)

About the role

The OTC Process Excellence Expert is responsible for delivering actionable insights into the efficiency and health of Order‑to‑Cash processes. Working within AB InBev’s GCC Analytics centre in Bengaluru, you will identify and drive business and process enhancements, support risk and compliance, and ensure knowledge retention across the OTC domain.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze KPIs to spot trends, outliers and improvement opportunities, and provide insights to support decision‑making.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly process quality and compliance reviews, develop remediation plans and implement monitoring mechanisms.
• Design data models and dashboards (e.g., Celonis) to support complex analysis and business process modeling.
• Define road‑maps to fix broken processes and align them with the Touchless Sales Order initiative.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions, create documentation and deliver training programs for stakeholders.
• Identify automation, standardisation and efficiency gains, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement enhancements.
• Own data quality in the Celonis dashboard and regularly report progress in global governance forums.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of OTC sub‑processes such as Credit & Risk, Pricing, Invoicing, Cash Applications, Collections, Discount & Deductions, or Trade Investment.
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to work independently, prioritize workload and influence stakeholders.
• Understanding of finance and commercial processes, risk and compliance principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science or related field; professional training or certification in audit or related discipline.
• Advanced English proficiency (C2) and strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficient use of SAP Financial and Commercial modules.
• Experience with PowerBI and other data‑analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Celonis dashboard and data modelling.
