Principal Analyst – Communications & Branding

About the role

As a key member of the Employer Branding and Internal Communications (EBIC) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping AB InBev’s image, culture, and reputation—both internally and externally. Your mission is to help position AB InBev as an employer of choice, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure consistent, engaging communication across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate PR initiatives, including agency collaboration, leader speakerships, media features, and event participation.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Create and deliver compelling internal communications, social media posts, talent branding messages, and multimedia content.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of communications, recommending improvements.
• Plan, organize, and execute large‑scale employee events and engagement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; degree in Journalism, Mass Communications, Branding, or HR is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in HR, employer branding, communications, or public relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience using design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience organizing large‑scale team events (preferred).
