Primary Facilitator (Grades 1‑2) – Indian Curriculum – Remote

About the role

21K School, Asia’s leading online school, is seeking a Primary Facilitator for Grades 1‑2 to deliver the Indian Curriculum in a fully remote environment. You will create engaging, student‑centric virtual classes, support learners’ academic growth, and maintain regular communication with parents and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live online classes according to the timetable, ensuring high teaching standards and active student participation.
• Manage virtual classrooms, handle any substitutions, and apply interactive teaching methodologies.
• Research, design, and deliver structured lesson plans aligned with curriculum requirements.
• Develop and curate daily teaching materials, presentations, and learning resources.
• Identify diverse learning needs, adapt instructional approaches, and provide inclusive support.
• Plan and administer formal and informal assessments, record performance data, and generate progress reports.
• Respond promptly to parent inquiries, conduct parent‑teacher meetings, and maintain professional communication.
• Collaborate with fellow facilitators, academic teams, and the counselling department to ensure curriculum consistency and student wellbeing.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience teaching primary grades (G1‑G2) in an online or blended setting.
• Strong subject knowledge across all primary subjects and familiarity with the Indian Curriculum.
• Ability to create an interactive, supportive learning environment that fosters student engagement.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
