Preschool Teacher (Founding Role) – Starting July 2026

About the role

Little Ivy, a premium international preschool opening soon in Jaipur, is seeking a small group of Founding Teachers. You will join the school at its inception, helping to shape classroom culture, daily routines, and the overall learning environment for children aged 2‑6 years.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver age‑appropriate curriculum and activities for 2‑6 year olds.
• Establish and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate closely with the founders and fellow teachers to develop school policies and routines.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in fluent spoken English.
• Provide feedback on program development and adapt teaching methods as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a preschool teacher working with children aged 2‑6.
• Excellent spoken English; confident communication with children, parents, and staff is essential.
• Initiative‑driven, open to feedback, and comfortable working in a start‑up environment.
