Preschool & Early Years Teacher (Full‑Time)

About the role

Connecting Learners seeks a passionate Early Years Educator to lead a vibrant preschool classroom. You will create a safe, inquiry‑based environment where young children explore, play, and develop foundational life skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver activity‑based lessons aligned with early childhood development goals.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents, providing constructive updates on child development.
• Plan and execute school events, celebrations, and creative learning activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), NTT, or B.Ed.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a preschool or early learning setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for working with young learners.
