Presales Specialist – Conversational AI

About the role

Fonada is seeking an experienced Presales Specialist to drive the design and delivery of Conversational AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will act as the technical bridge between sales and product teams, translating business needs into viable AI‑powered offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to discover business objectives, pain points and automation opportunities.
• Conduct workshops, capture requirements and produce detailed use‑case and solution scope documents.
• Design end‑to‑end chatbot and voice‑bot architectures, mapping conversation flows, intents, entities, escalation rules and human‑handovers.
• Recommend the optimal mix of rule‑based workflows, NLP/NLU, generative AI, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and API‑driven automation.
• Integrate FonadaLabs capabilities such as speech‑to‑text, text‑to‑speech, multilingual AI and speech analytics into solutions across web, mobile, WhatsApp, RCS and other channels.
• Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, estimate effort and execute proof‑of‑concepts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Project Management and Customer Success to close technical sales.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in pre‑sales, solution architecture or consulting within Conversational AI, CPaaS or related SaaS domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven ability to engage with senior business and technical stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, contact‑center heads).
