Power BI Developer – SME Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a Power BI Developer to join our Business Intelligence team in Pune. You will create customized reports and visualisations that support executive decision‑making and stakeholder analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ad‑hoc and scheduled reports based on business requests.
• Translate business questions into data queries and visual dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
• Analyse data sources to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators.
• Communicate insights through executive summaries, dashboards, and presentations.
• Collaborate with BGSW/BSM teams to refine reporting requirements and act as a data subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• B.E/B.Tech, M.Tech or MCA degree.
• 3‑5 years of experience in data reporting, analysis and visualisation.
• Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
• Ownership, accountability and problem‑solving mindset.
