POSH Consultant – Employment & Labour Law (Full‑Time)

About the role

The POSH Consultant will provide expert advice on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) compliance, employment and labour law matters, and HR policies. The role involves delivering training, supporting internal committees during inquiries, and ensuring a safe, inclusive workplace for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on POSH compliance, employment and labour law matters, HR policies and disciplinary processes.
• Conduct POSH training sessions and awareness programmes for employees and internal committees.
• Provide end‑to‑end support to Internal Committees during POSH inquiries, including drafting inquiry reports and legal opinions.
• Draft, review and update POSH policies, compliance documents and workplace guidelines.
• Collaborate with HR, management and legal teams to resolve workplace issues, ensure statutory compliance and promote safe, inclusive workplaces.

Required profile

• LL.B., HR or related degree.
• 3–7 years of experience in POSH compliance, employment and labour law, HR compliance or workplace investigations.
• Strong legal advisory and case‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering training and interacting with clients.
• Professional, empathetic and collaborative approach with solid analytical and drafting capabilities.
