Portfolio & Sales Interface Manager

About the role

The Portfolio & Sales Interface Manager will act as the strategic bridge between Bosch's product portfolio and the India sales organization. This role focuses on translating market insights into actionable product strategies and ensuring seamless coordination throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop fact‑based market, customer and competitive insights to identify opportunities, portfolio gaps and commercial risks.
• Convert field and market insights into prioritized regional product demand and contribute to portfolio strategy, product roadmaps and business cases.
• Manage regional product lifecycle from ideation and launch through adoption, rationalisation, phase‑out and retirement, aligning with sales plans.
• Track commercial performance metrics such as revenue, volume, margin, market share and new‑product performance; diagnose gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary portfolio partner to India Sales, providing timely product, portfolio and competitive insights and establishing a structured feedback loop.
• Support planning activities by linking market demand with channel and project volume forecasts.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize market and sales data.
• Excellent communication skills to influence cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in product portfolio management, market analysis or commercial strategy, preferably in an industrial or technology environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
