Porter – Andrews Place

About the role

TRG Management is seeking a reliable Porter to maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep at the Andrews Place property. This full‑time, onsite role supports a large portfolio of residential units and offers opportunities for growth within a premier property management company.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, trim, and other interior finishes.
• Replace light bulbs and perform routine lighting maintenance.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, and clean hallways, stairs, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, locker rooms, and other common areas.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, draperies, walls, ceilings, windows, sills, door panels, and woodwork.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal areas and empty garbage containers.
• Perform basic landscaping tasks such as cutting and trimming grass when required.
• Move small equipment or tools around the property as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least one year of hands‑on experience in cleaning or basic maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and personal auto insurance.
