PMO NFR Lead – Portfolio Services

About the role

Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a PMO NFR Lead to strengthen its Portfolio Services function within the Global Banking & Capital division. The role will support transformation leadership and the Group Transformation Office by shaping new ways of working and optimizing IWPB portfolios. You will lead the continuous improvement of non‑financial risk impact assessments, develop data‑control guidance, and drive active risk management across the IWPB delivery lifecycle. Collaboration with the Group Data Office, IWPB Data Control teams, and Portfolio Assurance will be essential to establish monitoring approaches and support the Operational Resilience agenda. The position plays a critical role in ensuring that risk considerations are embedded in change delivery, enhancing the robustness of Tier‑1 portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and drive continuous improvement of Non-Financial Risks impact assessment and management to support change delivery across IWPB Portfolio.
• Develop IWPB‑specific approach and guidance on Data Control Impact Assessment and management, collaborating with Group Data Office and IWPB Data Control teams.
• Drive active risk management practice across IWPB portfolio on identified non‑financial risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Work with IWPB Portfolio Assurance to determine continuous monitoring approach for NFR including Data Control across Tier‑1 portfolios, and evaluate monitoring results for future improvement.
• Expand engagement with IWPB Business Risk & Resilient team to support the Operational Resilience agenda.
