PMO Manager – SAP, AI & Enterprise Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a PMO Manager to lead governance and delivery control for SAP, AI and enterprise technology transformation programmes in Bangalore. The role will ensure rigorous executive reporting, RAID management and financial tracking while coordinating with vendors and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain programme governance frameworks, steering packs and dashboards.
• Drive delivery control, dependency and RAID management across multiple technology streams.
• Prepare executive reports, action logs and escalation materials for senior leadership.
• Track CAPEX/OPEX, vendor commercials and benefits realization.
• Coordinate with project managers, delivery leads, finance, procurement and external vendors.
• Support decision‑making processes and ensure compliance with procurement and financial policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a PMO Manager or Programme Lead on large SAP, ERP, AI or enterprise transformation programmes.
• Strong background in governance setup, executive reporting, RAID and financial tracking.
• Excellent attention to detail, stakeholder management and communication skills.
