PMO Manager – PC Center of Excellence

About the role

The PMO Manager – PC Center of Excellence leads the development of Project Coordinators (PCs) and ensures consistent project and financial management across the organization. This role combines leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight to drive high‑performing teams and align project delivery with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and develop Project Coordinators, creating clear career paths toward Project Manager roles.
• Design and deliver structured learning programs covering core project management, financial management, and consultative skills.
• Ensure PC work follows PMO standards for planning, scheduling, documentation, RAID management, status reporting and customer communication.
• Promote financial hygiene through forecasting, budgeting basics and cost‑control practices.
• Provide quality oversight on daily PC deliverables, monitoring schedule, scope and financial performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Area Leads, Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and strong customer experiences.

• Deep understanding of project management fundamentals and financial controls.
