PMO Manager

About the role

CohnReznick is seeking a PMO Manager to join its CXO‑PMO team within the National Advisory practice. The role will support audit and assurance services for finance‑sector clients, driving governance, portfolio oversight, and program delivery across the firm’s India operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously improve PMO frameworks, methodologies and governance standards.
• Oversee creation and review of project charters, business cases, RAID logs, project plans and communication frameworks.
• Drive portfolio‑level reporting, KPI tracking, RAG status updates and executive‑ready dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with PMO policies, quality standards and audit requirements across all programs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand industry‑specific challenges and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing PMO functions within audit, assurance or advisory environments.
• Strong understanding of finance sector dynamics and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing remote work with regular in‑office collaboration (average three days per week).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with PMO governance, portfolio oversight and KPI reporting.
• Familiarity with project documentation standards (charters, RAID logs, business cases).
