Plumber – On‑site Construction Role

About the role

MetroBuild Engineers & Consultants is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Plumber for its Lucknow projects. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, valves, and drainage networks.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform routine and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to service calls promptly and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other trades.
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings, layouts, and schematics.
• Document work performed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Provide clear updates to clients and site teams.

Required profile

• Relevant vocational training or certification in plumbing or building services; trade licence is a plus.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety practices.
• Ability to work on construction sites, handle physical tasks, and follow instructions from engineers and supervisors.
• Prior experience in commercial or residential construction projects is preferred.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and clear communication skills.
