Plant Operation Manager

About the role

The Plant Operation Manager will lead the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth production, inventory reporting and effective coordination of capital projects within an existing ERP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all plant operations, including production, inventory control and reporting to senior management.
• Lead the team in delivering accurate production and inventory reports using the current ERP system.
• Coordinate CAPEX procurement, manage critical spare parts and drive cost‑effective purchasing decisions.
• Maintain functional knowledge of the plant’s hardware, network, software and mail delivery ecosystem to guarantee uninterrupted operations.
• Interact with third‑party software and hardware vendors to ensure a robust and reliable technology environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing manufacturing or extrusion‑type operations.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with plant‑level processes.
• Experience in CAPEX planning, procurement and managing critical spares.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with IT, engineering and external vendors.
