Plant Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Plant Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliable operation of our plant equipment and machinery. The role involves planning and executing maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement in equipment performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, or industrial problems, creating maintenance plans that reduce downtime.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, pinpoint root causes, and develop reliability solutions.
• Collaborate with production teams, management, and suppliers to align maintenance activities with organizational goals.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and proactively mitigate hazards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, schematics, and procedures supporting maintenance operations.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and plant equipment.
• Proven ability to analyze information, diagnose problems, and devise effective solutions.
