Plant HSE Lead

About the role

Bosch, a leading technology and services provider, is seeking a Plant HSE Lead for its Tirunelveli facility. The role is responsible for shaping and executing the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) strategy across the entire value chain, ensuring alignment with regional and global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate, implement and monitor the HSE strategy for the plant.
• Ensure compliance with regional and global HSE regulations and standards.
• Lead risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and management teams to embed HSE practices.
• Oversee HSE training programs and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Environmental Engineering.
• Advanced diploma or Master's degree in Industrial Safety Engineering.
• NEBOSH International Certificate.
• 7‑8 years of relevant HSE experience in the auto‑component manufacturing industry.
