Plant Commercial Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Commercial Manager to lead pricing, quotation and contract activities for our plant operations in Kerur. The role combines financial coordination, vendor management and compliance to drive profitability and support the business’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage pricing strategies, prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with clients and suppliers.
• Draft, review and ensure compliance of contracts in line with company policies.
• Oversee invoicing, follow‑up payments and perform account reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate records using ERP and Tally systems.
• Prepare cost analysis reports, purchase orders and other commercial documentation.
• Assist the finance team with budgeting, profitability analysis and internal audit requirements.

Required profile

• Graduate degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, contract management and financial coordination.
• Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Good documentation and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience using Tally accounting software.
• Hands‑on knowledge of ERP systems.
