Planning & Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Planning & Logistics Specialist to manage end‑to‑end supply chain operations, focusing on production planning, dispatch coordination and logistics execution. The role ensures optimal stock levels, on‑time export and domestic shipments, and compliance with EXIM policies and Incoterms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and coordinate production and dispatch activities with third‑party manufacturers to meet global business requirements.
• Develop and monitor short‑ and long‑term production plans, reviewing weekly schedules to align demand and shipment timelines.
• Collaborate with internal functions (Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Warehouse, Valving) and external partners to resolve issues and drive timely execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with key manufacturing partners, monitor their performance and conduct regular site visits.
• Monitor and control toy inventory levels to ensure optimal coverage while managing working capital.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports, production updates and management presentations.
• Maintain weekly supply planning data updates within SAP‑APO and BW.
• Own end‑to‑end logistics operations, coordinating with freight forwarders and shipping lines for sea and air shipments, handling bookings, documentation and container volume forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain planning and logistics coordination.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience monitoring inventory levels and managing supplier performance.
• Familiarity with export/import regulations, EXIM policies and Incoterms.
