Pitney Bowes Spectrum Administrator & Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Pitney Bowes Spectrum Administrator & Developer to manage and support Spectrum platform environments in Bangalore or Chennai. The role combines administration (60‑70%) with development (30‑40%) to build services, workflows, and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Pitney Bowes Spectrum platform, including server configuration, job execution, repository, and environment setup.
• Monitor platform performance, ensure high availability, handle deployments, upgrades, and patching.
• Develop and maintain Spectrum jobs, services, and workflows for real‑time and batch processing.
• Design and implement integrations using SOAP, REST, and Web services.
• Configure and manage SFTP/SSH file transfers and support security and vulnerability management.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience with Pitney Bowes Spectrum administration and development.
• Strong background in integration, API orchestration, and data processing.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server and Unix/Linux system administration.
• Good knowledge of ETL concepts and tools such as Informatica or Talend.
