Piping Engineer – Stress Analysis & MTO Management

About the role

We are looking for a Piping Engineer to lead stress analysis and manage piping material take‑offs (MTO) and bill of quantities (BOQ) for oil‑and‑gas or power‑plant projects. The role requires independent execution of piping design, layout planning and review of isometric drawings against P&IDs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed stress analysis on piping systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare, manage and update piping MTO and BOQ throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and optimise piping layout and routing based on project specifications.
• Review and verify isometric drawings for accuracy and conformity with P&IDs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design issues and support construction activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Piping Engineer in oil‑and‑gas or power‑plant consultancy environments.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of design deliverables.
• Strong understanding of piping codes, standards and best practices.
