Picking & Packing Staff – Bottle Manufacturing

About the role

Join a fast‑paced FMCG bottle manufacturing plant as a Picking & Packing Staff member. You will ensure that finished bottles are accurately selected, packed, and prepared for national distribution while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Select, sort, and bundle bottles according to packing lists and batch codes with zero error tolerance.
• Operate manual and semi‑automated packing equipment such as shrink‑wrap machines, label applicators, and palletizers safely and efficiently.
• Load finished goods onto pallets or cartons, verifying count, weight, and labeling for outbound shipment.
• Inspect packed units against SOPs, flagging any defects, damaged packaging, or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing zone, following OSHA and internal safety protocols.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily shipment targets and support inventory audits.

Required profile

• Manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive lifting (up to 25 kg) and standing for 8‑hour shifts.
• Basic literacy to read packing slips, batch codes, and digital labels accurately.
• Valid work permit or local employment eligibility in India.

Required skills

• Operation of shrink‑wrap equipment.
• Use of label applicators.
• Operation of palletizing machinery.
• Familiarity with barcode scanners or RF devices.
