Picker, Packer & Loader – Full‑Time Warehouse Role

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our warehouse team in Hyderabad as pickers, packers and loaders. The role involves handling products from order picking through packing and loading for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Pick items from shelves using scanners or picking lists, verify codes, quantities and condition.
• Pack selected items into appropriate boxes or bags, label correctly and prepare for shipment.
• Load packed goods onto trucks, arrange safely, secure loads and verify shipment documents.
• Unload goods when required and keep the loading area tidy.
• Follow health and safety procedures, maintain warehouse cleanliness and report any damaged or missing items.
• Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Required profile

• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines and operate loading equipment safely.
• Attention to detail for checking product codes, quantities and condition.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to cooperate with other warehouse staff.
