About the role
Modern School Lucknow is seeking a dedicated Physics Teacher for Grades IX–XII. The role is on‑site in Lucknow and focuses on delivering engaging, inquiry‑driven lessons that deepen conceptual understanding and problem‑solving abilities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver curriculum‑aligned Physics lessons for secondary and senior secondary students.
- Design and conduct practical laboratory sessions to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Develop and update lesson plans and teaching materials in line with ICSE/ISC standards.
Required profile
- Passionate educator who can spark curiosity and encourage questioning.
- Strong subject knowledge in Physics with a Master’s degree in Physics or a related field.
- Experience teaching at secondary or senior secondary level.
- Expertise in lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Strong numerical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience with the ICSE/ISC curriculum is an advantage.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
