Pharmacist – Platform Support & Service Desk (Remote)

About the role

Script Assist is a UK‑based health‑tech platform that powers the operational infrastructure for private clinics and pharmacies. We are building a remote operations team in India to provide platform support and service‑desk coverage for our UK pharmacy and clinic partners. This non‑clinical, high‑ownership role is ideal for a tech‑forward pharmacist who enjoys structured problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Provide platform support and service‑desk coverage for pharmacy and clinic partners.
• Triage operational issues across dispensing workflows, inventory status, batch/lot expiry, substitutions and delivery exceptions.
• Support prescribing and dispensing operations from an operational (non‑clinical) perspective.
• Investigate workflow issues, isolate scope, capture evidence, reproduce problems and document findings clearly.
• Maintain high‑quality operational documentation and audit‑friendly logs.
• Communicate status updates and next steps to partners, gathering required information.
• Identify repeat issues and contribute to SOP/playbook improvements to reduce future tickets.

Required profile

• BPharm or MPharm (or higher) qualification.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work UK business hours.
• Detail‑oriented, calm under pressure and process‑driven.
• Experience with pharmacy operations (dispensing workflows, inventory, batch/expiry, delivery exceptions).
• Exposure to health‑tech, telemedicine or pharmacy platforms.
• Background in a structured support environment (queue‑based work, SOP‑led escalation, audit trails).
