About the role
The pharmacist will ensure accurate dispensing of medication prescriptions and provide essential counseling to patients about proper use and potential side effects.
Key responsibilities
- Fill and dispense medication prescriptions according to healthcare provider instructions.
- Provide medication information and counsel patients on proper use and possible side effects.
- Monitor drug interactions and allergies to safeguard patient health.
- Maintain accurate records of dispensed medications, patient details, and consultations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and pharmacy regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills in pharmacy practice.
