Pharmacist

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy in Ghaziabad. The role is full-time and on-site, focusing on safe dispensing of prescription medicines and providing professional advice to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and dispense prescription medications accurately, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Counsel customers on proper medication use, dosage, side effects, and storage.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and pharmacy documentation.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels and expiry dates, and place orders with suppliers.
• Recommend over-the-counter products and support customers with health-related queries.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth daily operations and a customer-focused environment.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Pharmacy with a valid registration or license as required by local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, prescription medications, and drug interactions.
• Attention to detail in dispensing, labeling, and record-keeping.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work full-time on-site.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for billing, e-prescriptions, and record management.
