Pharmacist – Health Concierge (24/7 Customer Support)

About the role

We are building a Health Concierge team that serves as the first point of contact for customers calling 24/7 for medicines, prescriptions, and refills. As a pharmacist, you will act as the virtual counter, handling inquiries via phone and WhatsApp and ensuring every request reaches the customer's door.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and WhatsApp messages around the clock.
• Accurately understand medication requirements and review prescriptions, photos, and medicine names.
• Collect complete order and delivery details and identify the nearest 24/7 pharmacy for fulfillment.
• Place and coordinate orders with the selected store, following up until the order is packed and dispatched.
• Keep customers updated on order status and coordinate sourcing for unavailable items.
• Assist customers in registering and managing regular or chronic medication needs, including scheduled refills.
• Escalate complex medication or prescription queries to the responsible pharmacist or doctor.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure no request is left unresolved.

Required profile

• A valid pharmacy qualification and registration as applicable.
• Strong practical knowledge of medicines and common prescription brands.
• Excellent spoken English and Hindi; additional Mumbai languages are a plus.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Based in Mumbai and able to work from the Lower Parel office.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp and CRM/order‑management systems.
• Basic computer workflow competence.
• Exceptional telephone etiquette and follow‑up discipline.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stores and orders simultaneously.
