Pharmacist Domain Expert – AI Data Operations

About the role

Sourcebae, India’s largest domain‑expert network for AI data operations, is looking for a Pharmacist Domain Expert. You will apply your pharmacology knowledge to train, evaluate, and correct AI language models that generate medication‑related content, ensuring safety and clinical accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated drug information for dosage, indications, contraindications, side‑effects, and interactions, rating each response for clinical accuracy and safety.
• Detect and document dangerous AI outputs such as incorrect dosages, wrong administration routes, contraindicated combinations, and missing allergy warnings.
• Perform Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) by ranking multiple AI responses and providing detailed justifications.
• Create structured pharmaceutical Q&A datasets covering mechanisms of action, pharmacokinetics, therapeutic uses, adverse effects, and patient counseling points.
• Annotate drug formulary data and treatment guidelines (WHO, CDSCO, ICMR) with metadata like drug class, indication, dosage range, and pregnancy category.

Required profile

• Graduates with D.Pharm, B.Pharm or M.Pharm degrees.
• Practicing pharmacists, PG aspirants, or professionals seeking flexible supplementary income.
• Strong understanding of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, adverse drug reactions, and clinical therapeutics.
• Willingness to work with AI annotation tools; no coding experience required.
