Pharmacist – Dispensing, Patient Consultation & Inventory Management

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring safe and effective medication use for patients. You will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and provide direct support to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescribed medications and provide dosage and usage instructions.
• Consult patients on medication therapy, including side effects, interactions, and storage.
• Maintain inventory levels, monitor expiration dates, and ensure proper storage of medicines.
• Collaborate with clinicians to assess and optimise individual medication therapy.
• Stay current with pharmaceutical knowledge and participate in training sessions.
• Maintain detailed patient records, medication histories, and treatment plans for compliance and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm, MPharm, PharmD, etc.) or related field.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication abilities.
• Team player committed to high‑quality patient care.
• Retail or clinical pharmacy experience is a plus, especially up to one year of experience.
