Pharmacist – Customer Support (Delhi)

About the role

We are seeking a B.Pharm graduate to join our Delhi team as a Pharmacist focused on customer support. The role involves handling patient and customer inquiries across multiple channels, providing accurate medication information, and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to patient and customer queries via calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information on medicines, products and treatment plans within defined scope.
• Coordinate with doctors, pharmacists and internal teams as needed.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Support sales and conversion activities while maintaining service quality.
• Adhere to company SOPs and pharmacy‑related guidelines.
• Protect confidentiality of patient and customer information.

Required profile

• B.Pharm or M.Pharm qualification (mandatory).
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; freshers are welcome.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of medicines, pharmacy and healthcare products.
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to work in a target‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Basic computer applications.
