Staff Nurse – Rohini, Delhi

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team at our Rohini, Delhi facility. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care, supporting doctors, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care according to prescribed treatment plans.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Ensure proper handover and takeover of patients during shift changes.
• Follow infection control, hygiene, patient safety, and clinical protocols.
• Handle medical emergencies efficiently and provide appropriate nursing support.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare team members for effective patient care.
• Educate patients and attendants on treatment and care instructions.
• Maintain clinical equipment, medicines, consumables, and assigned inventories.

Required profile

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the Delhi Nursing Council (DNC).
• Relevant clinical or hospital experience preferred; ICU/Critical Care/HDU experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical knowledge, ability to handle emergencies confidently.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required.
