Personal Banker – Inbound (Branch Banking)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Personal Banker – Inbound to join our Branch Banking team. In this front‑line position you will be the face of the bank, handling daily cash and non‑cash transactions while delivering a seamless, high‑quality experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process day‑to‑day cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other banking transactions accurately.
• Provide information on banking products and services, promoting appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.
• Maintain operational accuracy, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, delivering courteous and professional service.
• Support branch initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
