Personal Assistant to Director (Remote)

About the role

NG Electro Products is seeking a full‑time remote Personal Assistant to support the Director. The role involves managing the Director’s schedule, coordinating travel, and handling a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings across time zones and avoid conflicts.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics and prepare meeting agendas and supporting documents.
• Draft, edit and respond to emails, and prepare reports, presentations and meeting notes.
• Organise digital and physical files, maintain records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and follow‑up on action items.
• Monitor deadlines, prioritise tasks and proactively support the Director in planning and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
• Experience in manufacturing, cosmetics or FMCG sectors is an advantage.
• Relevant education in business administration or a related field.
