Personal Assistant & Household Manager – Luxury Private Household (Bengaluru)

About the role

We are looking for a polished, service‑oriented Personal Assistant and Household Manager to support a high‑profile family based in Bengaluru. The role combines executive assistance with full‑time management of a luxury private residence, ensuring the family’s global lifestyle and assets are handled seamlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate private services including property maintenance, security arrangements and asset utilisation.
• Prepare and manage the household budget, oversee procurement, track expenses, bills and inventory replenishment.
• Supervise day‑to‑day estate operations – maintenance, cleaning, repairs and overall property condition.
• Recruit, hire and manage household staff such as cleaners, chefs, nannies, landscapers and contractors.
• Manage personal and professional calendars, appointments and travel logistics for family members.
• Handle personal errands including shopping, dry‑cleaning, visa applications, travel bookings and coordination of lifestyle and entertainment experiences.
• Organise high‑end events such as private dinners and social gatherings.

Required profile

• 7‑12 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, House Manager or similar role, preferably within a family office or luxury service environment.
• Strong familiarity with Bengaluru, fluent in English and Kannada.
• Proven ability to meet ultra‑high‑net‑worth service standards and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with vendors and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally accompanying the principals.
